2011-2012 Renewel Instructions
Thank you for renewing your 2011-2012 SHN subscription. Please review the screenshots below to familiarize yourself with the online renewal process. You may also print these instructions by clicking on the ‘Print' icon at the top right of this page. If you have any questions or difficulties, call us at 888-746-1799 (Press 2), Monday through Saturday, 10am - 5:30pm.
1. Click here to access the login page.
2. Enter your email address and password. If you are not able to login, your online user account may need to be created. Call us at the above number for assistance.
3. Click on ‘My SHN Account'.
4. Click on the box below the arrow.
5. Click anywhere on the grey box.
6. Review your subscription information and click on 'Continue'. You will have the option to make comments and/or change requests before you 'Check Out'.
7. Select either 'Via Standard Mail' or 'Via Email' as your Delivery Method. This is how you will receive your subscription tickets.
8. Please answer the questions under 'Additional Information'. By leaving question responses as 'no change' we will renew your same seats.
9. Click the drop down menu and select your method of payment. Choose 'Pay In Full' or 'Installments'. Review your purchase summary and click 'Renew' to complete the renewal process.
