Extended Hours: Just a reminder that our Audience Services regular hours are Monday 10am-6pm, Tuesday through Friday 10am-8pm, Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 10am-4pm but when productions are in performance we'll stay open until ½ hour after curtain time including Saturdays and Sundays to better serve your last minute needs.
Ticket Exchange By Phone: You can now exchange your tickets by phone at no cost and choose to receive your tickets via email or regular mail! While our new in house ticketing system does not support online ticket exchanges, we hope to develop this functionality in the future. For more information on all subscriber benefits, give us a call at 888 746 1799.
Mark Your Calendars: Performance dates for the remaining shows on the season are: NEXT TO NORMAL: Jan. 25-Feb. 20; ROCK OF AGES: Mar. 8-Apr. 3; BLUE MAN GROUP: May 24-June 19; BILLY ELLIOT: June 27-Sept. 17.
Additional Tickets: You can order additional tickets now for all shows on the season with no additional fees for the number of tickets you hold on your subscription (per show). Give us a call at 888 SHN 1799 or email us at subscriptions@shnsf.com.

A NOTE ABOUT WHEN PERFORMANCE DATES ARE CONFIRMED
SHN prides itself in presenting first run and world premiere plays and musicals. The scheduling flexibility required to host these productions prevents us from announcing performance dates as the beginning of each season. Exact dates are announced between 16 and 20 weeks prior to the engagement and at that time, your tickets will be mailed to you However, subscribers have the exclusive option of exchanging subscription tickets between any performance of each production. Since each production runs a minimum of four weeks, there are over 32 performances available to accommodate your schedule.
